Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. However, as dive courses involve pre-booking pool time, instructors, and equipment, we have the following policy:

​

• Cooling-off Period: You have a statutory right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not already started your eLearning or attended any course sessions.

• Cancellations: If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled start date, no refund will be provided. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a refund minus a £50 administrative fee.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled course session without 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that session. Re-booking the missed session will incur a "missed session" fee.

Changes Beyond Our Control: By booking a course with Aqua Scuba School Liverpool, you acknowledge that certain operational factors are outside our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:

• Instructor or staff illness.

• Adverse weather conditions preventing safe water entry.

• Unsuitability of dive site conditions.

• Breakdown of school transport vehicles or essential diving equipment.

Should we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to these reasons, we reserve the right to change dates and times accordingly. While these instances are non-refundable, please rest assured that we will do our utmost to accommodate your personal diary to re-schedule your training as soon as possible.
